      Cortezas de pollo are fantastic, much tastier than cortezas de cerdo. But also torreznos are fantastic, have you tried them?… they aretypical from central Spain, the ones from Avila are amazing, it’s bits paprika-cured panceta that are slowly cooked on its own melted fat until they become completly dried and crunchy! fantasssstic
